DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery

UK Orders: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service. Please allow up to 3 days for processing before dispatch. During peak periods such as sales, dispatch may take a little longer.


International & European Orders

Orders outside the UK are shipped via DHL or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a notification, and the parcel may be taken to a local post office or held at a delivery depot for collection. Please follow the instructions provided. If the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Postage costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.


Delivery Terms

Once dispatched, YOUR SKIN AESTHETICS has no control over the courier or delivery schedule. Estimated delivery times are based on courier recommendations and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen courier or customs issues and cannot provide refunds for such delays.


International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs authorities. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed, the customer will not receive a refund. If the parcel is returned, we will deduct shipping and any related costs from the refund.


Important Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped to the address provided, and refunds will not be issued for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. 

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately before the order is processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.

Lost Parcels

For parcels lost in transit via Royal Mail, we must wait 10 working days before submitting a claim. We cannot provide a replacement or refund until the claim is processed, which may take an additional 30 days.


Estimated Shipping Times

UK: 3-7 working days
Rest of the World: 3-20 working days, depending on the courier.


Refunds and Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds if the products have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will replace items only if they are damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email us with evidence and supporting information. If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
